Burna Boy To Break New Record at Madison Square Garden
Grammy Award Winning Nigerian Superstar, Burna Boy is set to stage his very first headline concert at the famous Madison Square Garden in New York in a new teaser video which was shared today.
Burna Boy will break/set a new record by becoming the first Nigerian to headline a concert at the famous Madison Square Garden when he stages his concert at the venue next year. This was revealed in a video shared by the singer and the Madison Square Garden on Friday, the 10th of December 2021.
Burna Boy has rocked different arenas across the world on his “Space Drift Tour“. Earlier this year, Burna Boy staged his first headline concert at the O2 Arena in London and it was special. The singer was joined on stage at the O2 concert by singers like Rema, Omah Lay, Ruger, and King Promise of Ghana. Burna Boy himself gave fans an electrifying experience when he arrived at the concert floating in on a spaceship.
The singer also had his first Hollywood Bowl concert this year and it was packed, as well as a Paris concert with 20k capacity crowd. Burna Boy has also recently announced his plans to stage a stadium concert in the UK next year.
While we cannot determine when these things will happen, we hope and look forward to the days that they do. And while the world talks about the new Omicron Variant, we hope that next year, the entire world is not under lock and key again, how would we then get to see Odogwu take Giant Strides.
